This is the soup to nuts package. I will be your partner through every phase of planning and day-of execution. Starting with a a series of ideation sessions with you, I will create a visually driven presentation telling the story for your special day. This digital “deck” will define your creative vision, and incorporate every detail from your event theme, down to the to the very last detail of your tablescape. Other services will include vendor selection, budget management, design, and full day-of coordination.
Financial Investment: 10% of your total wedding budget.
Creative Development Only
This option includes three collaborative ideation sessions where we work together to shape the vision, concepts, and strategy for your dream event. Following these sessions, I will create a highly curated digital visual deck that serves as both a planning guide and an organizational tool. This deck can be shared with vendors and participants to ensure your vision, expectations, and event details remain clear and aligned throughout the planning process.

Full Planning Package
As a Day-of Coordinator (DOC) I will manage all logistics on the day of your event, typically stepping in 4-8 weeks prior to review plans, create a detailed timeline, and manage vendors. I will act as the primary point of contact to ensure the event runs smoothly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your day stress-free.
