This is the soup to nuts package. I will be your partner through every phase of planning and day-of execution. Starting with a a series of creative development sessions with you, which I will use to design a full creative proposal for your special day. This digital “deck” will define your creative vision, and incorporate every detail from your event theme, and color palette to the to the very last detail of your tablescape. Other services will include vendor selection, budget management, design, and full day-of coordination. Think of this as the leave it to me and just show up package!
Financial Investment: 10% of your total wedding budget.
Presentation Only
This option includes three creative development sessions where we work together to shape your vision, for your dream event. Following these sessions, I will create a highly curated visual presentation or creative “deck” that serves as both a planning guide and an organizational tool. This deck can be shared with vendors, your wedding party or anyone involved to ensure your vision, expectations, and event details remain clear and aligned throughout the planning process. It will include a punch list of to dos and a calendar to map out your pre- nuptials timeline.

Full Planning A to Z
As a Day-of Coordinator (DOC) I will manage all logistics on the day of your event, typically stepping in 4-8 weeks prior to review plans, create a detailed timeline, and manage vendors. I will act as the primary point of contact to ensure the event runs smoothly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your day stress-free.
